At Foot Care Nepal, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, please review our Return & Exchange Policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

You can request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

  • The request is made within 7 days of purchase.
  • The footwear is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • The product has not been customized or altered in any way.

2. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Custom-made footwear (unless there is a defect in manufacturing).
  • Footwear that has been worn, damaged, or altered by the customer.
  • Items purchased during discounted sales, clearance, or promotional offers.

3. Return Process

To return a product, follow these steps:

  2. Provide a clear reason for the return along with photos (if required).
  3. If the return is approved, you can bring the product to our store or ship it to us (return shipping costs are borne by the customer).
  4. Once we receive the product, we will inspect it and process a refund or exchange within 7 business days.

4. Exchange Process

If you wish to exchange a product:

  1. Follow the Return Process mentioned above.
  2. Specify the size, color, or design you want in exchange.
  3. If the requested item is available, we will process the exchange. If not, we will provide an alternative option or a store credit.

5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed only for eligible returns.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or store credit.
  • Cash refunds are only available for in-store purchases.
  • Refunds for online payments may take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account.

6. Defective or Wrong Product Received

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us immediately with photos.
  • We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
