Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused female staff member to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies. You will play a key role in creating a positive customer experience while also helping to promote and grow our footcare brand.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service:

    • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

    • Address customer inquiries and provide solutions to any issues or concerns.

    • Ensure a positive shopping experience by maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

  • Digital Marketing:

    • Manage and enhance our brand’s online presence (social media, website, etc.).

    • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote our footcare products.

    • Analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns for maximum reach and engagement.

    • Engage with customers online and maintain a strong brand presence.

  • Brand Promotion:

    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create content that highlights the benefits and features of our footcare products.

    • Assist in organizing promotional events and product launches.

  • Sales Support:

    • Support sales efforts by providing detailed product knowledge to customers both in-store and online.

    • Assist with inventory and product displays to ensure everything is well-stocked and presentable.


Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in customer service and digital marketing.

  • Strong communication skills with an ability to engage and build rapport with customers.

  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media, SEO, email marketing).

  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the company.

  • Prior experience in the footcare industry or retail is a plus but not required.
